In-Flight Catering Coordinator

Flexjet is seeking an In-Flight Catering Coordinator to join our team in Cleveland, OH. This role is essential in ensuring that our clients receive the highest quality catering services during their flights. The In-Flight Catering Coordinator will be responsible for managing catering orders, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring that all catering needs are met for each flight. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Manage catering orders for all flights. Coordinate with catering vendors to ensure timely delivery of services. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations. Communicate with flight crews regarding catering needs. Maintain accurate records of catering orders and inventory. Assist in menu planning and selection. Respond to client inquiries regarding catering options. Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless service. Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements. Handle any catering-related issues that arise during flights. What We Are Looking For High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality or related field preferred. Previous experience in catering or food service management. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of food safety regulations.
