Director of Food and Beverage As Director of Food & Beverage , you will oversee all aspects of the hotel's food and beverage operations, including the restaurant, bar, banquet events, and in-room dining. You will be responsible for driving financial performance, maintaining high service standards, and ensuring an outstanding guest experience. Responsibilities include: Lead and manage all food and beverage operations, ensuring excellence in service, quality, and guest satisfaction. Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance revenue, control costs, and drive profitability. Hire, train, and mentor a high-performing food & beverage team, fostering a culture of hospitality and teamwork. Collaborate with the culinary team to enhance menu offerings, incorporating seasonal and locally sourced ingredients. Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations. Oversee inventory management, purchasing, and cost controls. Build strong relationships with guests, vendors, and the local community. Work closely with the sales and events teams to ensure seamless execution of banquets and special events. Requirements Minimum of 3-5 years of leadership experience in food and beverage operations, preferably in a boutique hotel or fine dining environment. Strong business acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial management. Passion for hospitality and a track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences. Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills. Knowledge of industry trends, menu development, and operational efficiencies. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Must be able to pass a background check.
