Job Details About the RoleThe Dining Room Manager is responsible for overseeing daily dining room operations, ensuring outstanding service standards, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for members and guests. This leadership position works closely with the culinary and club management teams to maintain excellence in every aspect of the dining experience.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and supervise dining room staff, including scheduling, training, coaching, and performance management.
- Ensure exceptional member and guest service at all times.
- Oversee daily dining room operations, special events, and club functions.
- Maintain service standards, cleanliness, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Assist with inventory control, ordering, and cost management.
- Address member feedback and resolve service issues promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef and management team to coordinate menus, events, and service execution.
- Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment.
The Dining Room Manager reports directly to the Food & Beverage Director and works closely with the Executive Chef, Private Event Manager, and other department heads to ensure seamless club operations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of restaurant, club, hotel, or hospitality management experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food, beverage, and fine dining service standards.
- Experience with staff training and development.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
