Flip's Wine Bar, an independently owned OKC establishment for over 40 years is seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Assist the General Manager with daily operations.
Lead and motivate front-of-house staff.
Support training, scheduling, and overall service quality.
Help manage inventory and daily operations.
Qualifications:
2+ years in restaurant management, ideally in a wine bar or upscale setting.
Strong leadership and customer service skills.
Flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
