A notable restaurant group with numerous restaurants in the South seeks a GM for their highly successful, Michelin recommended, high volume steakhouse in Atlanta.

We seek a GM for this beloved 250 seat chef-driven steakhouse ($10M+) in Atlanta known for delivering impeccable food and approachable hospitality.

The ideal candidate will have several years of fine dining experience, a strong guest forward mindset, and the ability to lead in a high standards environment. Michelin level experience or experience with well respected, high volume, chef driven concepts would be a strong plus.

The General Manager leads all aspects of restaurant operations by leading the team in an open, positive and approachable manner. The GM monitors the restaurant in its entirety, controls reservations and seating and oversees menu changes in addition to hiring, training and developing all staff. They monitor the service and performance of the team and can anticipate guests needs to proactively and effectively to ensure guests total satisfaction.

The General Manager leads daily meetings while fostering an educational and positive work environment.

Requirements

  • 10-years of progressive restaurant experience, Preference for a majority focus on full service, fine dining restaurants.
  • 5 years of senior management in high volume ($10M+), fine dining environnments
  • Strong tenures
  • Proven experience of delivering elevated hospitality to guests and staff alike
  • Passion for service and strong operations
  • Must be authorized to work in the US. No Visa Sponsorship available.
