The AGM assists in overseeing department leaders, maintaining brand standards, driving revenue performance, and fostering a positive team culture at the Sheraton Boston Needham Hotel. The ideal candidate is a hands-on hospitality leader with strong operational knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a passion for guest service, team development, and leading by example. Hands-on leadership is required in this role.
