Deanie's Seafood in the French Quarter, a fast paced and HIGH volume restaurant, is looking for a seasoned Kitchen Manager!
A minimum of 5 years experience is REQUIRED. The perfect candidate is punctual and detail oriented with extensive knowledge of food safety and standards. We are looking for someone that is reliable and dedicated. Must have reliable transportation (parking is provided). You must be able to fry, grill, expo, and occasionally wash a dish in a pinch!

Inventory control and monitoring
Placing orders
Scheduling
Supervising kitchen staff
Quality control
Expediting
Hiring
Firing
Maintaining cleanliness
Training
