The Property Manager will oversee daily property operations, tenant relations, maintenance coordination, and financial performance. Ideal candidates are organized, proactive, and skilled at managing properties efficiently while delivering excellent resident and tenant experiences in fast-paced environments.
Responsibilities- Lead and oversee daily operations for residential and/or commercial properties
- Foster positive and professional relationships with residents, tenants, vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders
- Ensure properties are maintained to the highest operational, safety, and appearance standards
- Coordinate maintenance requests, preventative maintenance schedules, inspections, and vendor services
- Manage leasing activities including renewals, occupancy goals, move-ins, and move-outs
- Monitor rent collections, delinquency reports, budgets, and overall financial performance
- Prepare operational reports and assist with budget planning and expense management
- Resolve tenant concerns and escalated issues promptly and professionally
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations, local housing laws, and company policies
- Conduct regular property inspections and identify opportunities for operational improvements
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support portfolio performance and resident satisfaction
