Jarabe catering is looking for a new catering coordinator for our commercial kitchen facility. We are looking for someone, who is enthusiastic about the industry, is organized, a good communicator and can work in a dynamic and fast paced environment. Jarabe Taqueria, a beloved Mexican Food truck and Restaurant, is looking for you to join our team and take our catering services to the next level.

Responsibilities:

• Food Truck Booking: Manage the scheduling and logistics of our food truck, ensuring it operates smoothly at various events and locations. Coordinate with event organizers and our food truck team to deliver an exceptional on-site experience.

• Corporate Catering : Act as the primary point of contact for all third-party and in house catering inquiries. Work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide detailed information about our catering options, and create custom packages tailored to their events.

• Event Planning: Collaborate with clients to plan and execute their catering events flawlessly. Coordinate menu selections, dietary preferences, and special requests.

• Logistics Management: Oversee the logistics of catering orders, including timely delivery, setup, and breakdown. Ensure all catering supplies are well-stocked and maintained for seamless operations.

• Sales and Marketing: Assist in the development of marketing materials and strategies to promote our catering services. Participate in sales efforts to attract new clients and retain existing ones.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in catering, event planning, or hospitality is highly desirable.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple catering projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams effectively.
• Detail-oriented with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
• Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment and adapt to last-minute changes.
• Proficiency in using technology and catering management software is a plus.
• Spanish is a Plus.
