Paffuto is looking for a Restaurant Manager to lead service, staff, and daily operations at our cafe & restaurant in South Philadelphia.

Were looking for someone calm under pressure, hospitality-driven, highly organized, and capable of leading a team with professionalism and energy. This role oversees floor operations, staffing, guest experience, scheduling, systems, and service standards.

Barista knowledge is a plus. Strong leadership is required.

This is a hands-on role for someone who loves restaurants, people, culture, and building something special.

Philadelphia restaurant experience preferred.
