We are seeking an experienced and service-driven Restaurant Manager to oversee daily dining operations while maintaining the highest standards of guest satisfaction, team performance, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment, leads by example, and understands the importance of building a strong team culture while delivering elevated member and guest experiences. The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing all front-of-house restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service execution, staff development, financial accountability, and an exceptional dining experience for members and guests. This role works closely with culinary leadership and senior management to uphold the standards and vision of Stonehenge Grille.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESOperations Management Oversee all daily restaurant operations to ensure efficient and professional service Maintain a clean, organized, and guest-focused dining environment Ensure proper opening, closing, and shift procedures are consistently followed Monitor service standards and maintain a strong floor presence during service hours Coordinate with culinary leadership to ensure seamless food execution and communication Assist with the planning and execution of club events, banquets, and special functions Team Leadership & Development Recruit, hire, train, and mentor front-of-house staff Foster a positive, accountable, and team-oriented culture Conduct employee coaching, evaluations, and disciplinary actions when necessary Lead pre-shift meetings and ensure staff are informed on menu changes, events, and service expectations Develop employee schedules that align with operational and labor needsGuest Experience Deliver exceptional hospitality and maintain strong member and guest relationships Handle guest concerns professionally and resolve issues promptly Ensure all guests receive consistent, high-level service experiences Promote a welcoming and professional atmosphere that reflects the standards of Stonehenge Grille Financial & Administrative Responsibilities Assist in managing labor costs, scheduling, payroll, and operational budgets Monitor daily sales performance and departmental expenses Oversee cash handling procedures, register reconciliation, and deposits Assist with inventory control and supply management Support initiatives focused on revenue growth and cost control Compliance & Safety Ensure compliance with all food safety, sanitation, alcohol service, and health regulations Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout all restaurant areas Enforce company policies, operational procedures, and safety standardsQUALIFICATIONS Previous restaurant management experience in a full-service dining environment Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills Experience with scheduling, payroll, and staff supervision Knowledge of POS systems and restaurant management software Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a high-volume environment Flexible availability including nights, weekends, holidays, and special events Country club or upscale casual dining experience preferred Knowledge of food, wine, cocktails, and beverage service Strong organizational and problem-solving skills ServSafe Certification or equivalent food safety certification preferred Experience managing private events or banquet service is a plusKEY COMPETENCIES Leads and motivates a diverse team.
