Bar Manager

Cooper Lounge is seeking a Bar Manager to support the daily execution, consistency, and growth of our elevated cocktail lounge. This role is responsible for maintaining bar operations, inventory systems, cocktail consistency, staff training, guest experience, and shift leadership while supporting the General Manager with administrative and operational follow-through. The ideal candidate is a strong bartender and calm operator who can lead from behind the bar while also supporting the floor when needed. This person should be organized, hospitality-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable balancing service, admin, training, and operational execution.This is a hybrid leadership role that may include both management shifts and bar shifts based on business needs.
