As the Leader of your store you will deliver a high-quality menu and motivate our Team Members to provide outstanding guest service.The Manager's responsibilities include meeting or exceeding service, profitability and quality goals. You will ensure efficient restaurant operation and maintain high production, productivity, quality, guest service and brand standards.We are looking for someone high energy that can oversee the dining room, check-in with guests, oversee food production and make sure we comply with health and safety restaurant regulations.We ll expect you to lead by example and uplift our Team during busy moments in our fast-paced environment. Ultimately, you will ensure our restaurant runs smoothly and guests get The Bruxie Experience that we are known for.Requirements Include but are not limited to:ManagementProvide leadership for the Restaurant Team, create a culture of inclusion and empower store leadership.Scheduled cadence for self-store audits with actionable follow upAppraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivityActs as the first line of defense to store operations issues and define action within stores and to support store teams, including loss prevention and security.Track Key Performance Indicators through the monitoring of Sales, Labor Costs, COGS and Inventory Controls.Take a proactive stance on engagement behaviors, acting on guest service complaints, daily and weekly sales reviews, inventory validation, schedule monitoring, standards of operations and availability of product.Meet or exceed expectations of company goals in terms of profitability, sales performance, team development and cleanliness/quality operations.Developing team, leadership and succession.CommunicationCommunicates regularly with store team members regarding positive feedback, coaching, goals and performance issues regarding Sales, P&L, Quality Operations and Guest Service.Work through the Management Team and appropriate Corporate Personnel to design, develop and initiate local marketing programs.Promote Bruxie as a product and brand everyday by creating ambassadors of Bruxie within our stores.Live and teach the Company values- Shares Passion, Leads by Example, Think and Operates Strategically, Collaborates Effectively, Develop Self and Others, Communicates Effectively, Drives for Results, Embraces Change, Fosters Innovation and Delights Customers.Communicate effectively with all levels of organizationPromote an open-door policy through effective and timely communication to all areas of the organization.In short, we are looking for a Restaurant Manager passionate for the food industry looking for whole store ownership empowerment and a willingness to produce top line results by engaging with the community to produce external sales.Job Type: Full-timeShift:8 hour shiftAbility to Relocate:Long Beach, CA 90803: Relocate before starting work (Required)Work Location: In person
