NOW HIRING GENERAL MANAGER / DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONSChampagne Poetry Group(Champagne Poetry NW 23rd Champagne Poetry Hawthorne Patisserie Ice Cream Project)Champagne Poetry is seeking an experienced, hospitality-driven General Manager / Director of Operations to oversee and help lead our growing luxury hospitality group.This role will manage operations across:Champagne Poetry NW 23rd Upscale restaurant, dessert lounge & Champagne programChampagne Poetry Hawthorne Patisserie Bakery caf , desserts, coffee & retail experienceIce Cream Project by Champagne Poetry Luxury custom ice cream sandwich conceptWe are looking for a strong leader, operator, and problem solver who understands hospitality at a high level and can help elevate service, team culture, sales, and operational excellence.Responsibilities:Oversee daily operations across all three businessesLead, train, schedule, and hold FOH teams accountableMaintain exceptional guest experience and luxury hospitality standardsImprove sales performance, labor efficiency, and operational systemsManage inventory, ordering, cleanliness, and presentation standardsHandle guest recovery and resolve customer concerns professionallyWork closely with ownership on growth strategy, events, and executionEnsure strong communication between kitchen, FOH, and management teamsHelp maintain a positive, high-performance work cultureQualifications:Minimum 5+ years restaurant or hospitality management experienceMulti-unit management experience preferredStrong leadership and team accountability skillsWine, Champagne, upscale dining, or luxury hospitality knowledge preferredComfortable in fast-paced environments and problem-solving under pressureStrong organization, scheduling, and communication skillsHands-on leadership mentality willing to jump in wherever neededCompensation:Competitive salary + performance bonus opportunities + tips participation (depending on role structure and experience).This is an opportunity to grow with an expanding hospitality group focused on elevated guest experiences, desserts, wine, Champagne, and beautiful hospitality.To Apply:Please send resume + a short introduction explaining why you would be a great fit for Champagne Poetry Group.
