Sherwood Diner in Westport, CT is looking for a lead line cook / expediter / kitchen manager in training.

We are seeking someone who is interested in learning every part of our back of house (cooking, prep, expo, ordering, scheduling) and grow into running the kitchen.

Responsibilities:
Run the line and expo during service
Cover prep and station setup
Learn ordering & inventory
Train alongside all kitchen positions

What we're looking for:
2+ years on a busy line (high-volume kitchen ideal)
Wants to learn the business & leadership side - not just cook
