Job Details About the RoleSTARR Restaurants is seeking an accomplished and dynamic Executive Chef to join our leadership team at The Nora Hotel in West Palm Beach. This role oversees all hotel food & beverage culinary programming, including rooftop dining, in-room dining, lobby bar, and banquets & events.
Reporting to the propertys Culinary Director, the Hotel Executive Chef will oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including team leadership, menu execution, financial performance, systems development, and culinary culture throughout the property.
The ideal candidate is a confident and inspiring leader with experience managing complex, high-volume hotel operations while maintaining exceptional culinary standards, operational excellence, and memorable guest experiences across multiple touchpoints.
This landmark project will help define the next chapter of hospitality in West Palm Beach and serve as the social anchor of The NORA District.
