We're looking for an organized, creative person to support our catering operations at Nordia House, primarily working weekends. This is your chance to be part of memorable celebrations from intimate gatherings to weddings hosting up to 200 guests while working in a stylish Scandinavian-inspired setting.What You'll Do:Coordinate event setup, including placing linens, glassware & cutlerySet up beautiful buffet displays for appetizers, dinners and dessertsHandle light graphic design tasks for event materials and signageProvide bartending services during eventsLead serving duties and manage guest experience throughout eventsCollaborate with the Catering Coordinator on event planning and executionYou'll need a mix of hospitality experience, creative eye, and the ability to stay calm under pressure. Flexibility, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for creating great experiences are essential.
