As a Restaurant Area Manager, you driveoperational excellence, people development, and financial performance acrossmultiple restaurant locations. Prior multi-unit leadership is a must. This role partners closely with GeneralManagers to grow sales and profitability, strengthen leadership capability, improve guest satisfaction , and maintain exceptional brandstandards across the district.

Qualifications
- College degree preferred or equivalent leadership experience
- Multi-unit restaurant management experience required
- Food Safety Certification required
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations, food safety, sanitation, labor management, and financial controls
- Proven leadership, coaching, and team development skills
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management abilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Demonstrated commitment to hospitality, operational excellence, and guest satisfaction
- Valid drivers license and ability to travel between restaurant locations
Physical Requirements
- Ability to work more than 50 hours per week as business needs require
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stretch, lift, carry, push, and pull up to 30 pounds
- Ability to perform restaurant operational functions as needed
- Ability to monitor and oversee restaurant operations in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to effectively communicate with guests and team members
