Housekeeping Supervisor/Inspector at the Marriott Cincinnati Northeast

The Marriott Cincinnati Northeast is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor/Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the housekeeping staff, ensuring that all rooms and public areas are cleaned and maintained to Marriott standards.

• Supervise and train housekeeping staff
• Inspect rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to Marriott standards
• Coordinate with maintenance department for any repairs or maintenance issues
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
• Assist with scheduling and assigning tasks to housekeeping staff
• Handle guest complaints and requests in a professional and timely manner

• Prior experience in housekeeping or hospitality industry preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of Marriott standards and procedures is a plus
• Ability to lift over 20 pounds and work on your feet
• Ability to clean guest rooms
