We are looking for a Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead daily restaurant and banquet service operations, support the F&B management team, and ensure guest satisfaction.
What Youll DoLead Daily Operations
Supervise staff during restaurant, lounge, and banquet shifts.
Ensure smooth service and timely food and beverage delivery.
Assign duties and monitor team performance.
Deliver Guest Satisfaction
Maintain high standards for service, quality, and presentation.
Handle guest concerns quickly and professionally.
Support a welcoming, guest-first atmosphere.
Support the Team
Train, coach, and mentor associates.
Ensure staff follow Marriott brand service standards.
Assist with scheduling and shift coverage.
Maintain Standards
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
Monitor inventory and support ordering as needed.
Keep restaurant and banquet areas clean and well organized.
12 years of experience in food and beverage or hospitality leadership.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
Hotel or Marriott brand experience a plus.
