We're committed to your growth and development, offering opportunities to advance and expand your skills within the front desk and resort.Duties & Responsibilities: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Responsible for ensuring guests are greeted, checked-in/out professionally and within (if not above) our service standardsTroubleshoot guest concerns/complaints, ensuring service recoverySchedules for Front Desk AttendantsTime Clock Plus approvalsEvaluations and discipline of Front Desk AttendantsHold Front Desk Attendants accountableMaintain presence during peak traffic timeCommunicating staff issues to ManagerUtilizing system software (V1) to assign rooms based on availabilityResponsible for assisting Front Office ManagerInteracting with Reservations and other departments to ensure all guest needs are addressed and every effort is taken to meet themOther duties as may be assignedJob Requirements:Strong public speaking skills, exceptional interpersonal and written communication skills Outstanding attention to detail, organization, decision making and analytical skillsSelf-starter, innovator, results-driven with ability to meet both short and long term business goalsAbility to manage time well, meet imposed deadlines and ability to work flexible hoursInnovative and change driven with a high sense of urgency.Proven problem solving skills with ability to maintain composure in stressful situations.This position requires the ability to stand, and, walk, 5-6 hours at a time, climb stairs, reach, and bend. The position may also require the ability to lift over 50 pounds occasionally.Education & Experience:Minimum two (2) years of experience in hospitality Knowledge of V1, Opera or other hospitality operating software preferredPrevious operational leadership experience in hospitality preferredAdvanced knowledge of computers including Word, Excel and PowerPoint, ability to learn software applications#GVL
