Bar Manager/Lead

Well established sandwich restaurant and bar across from Seattle Center. We are dedicated to a warm, friendly, and welcoming atmosphere to all. We are dog and family friendly.Husband and wife owned who have been operating restaurants in seattle of over 15 yearsThe bar program includes 12 local taps, batched cocktails, rotating cocktail specials and slushie program.Consistent schedule (appx 33hrs)Mon - offTues - offWed 9:30-4Thur 9:30-4Friday 4-10Sat 9:30-4Sun 9:30-4$24/hr base + tips3 team front of house staff. Mammoth tip pools with weekly payroll based on hours. We have very dedicated staff that all equally contributes to sidework and cleanliness. Our tip pool allows for very consistent hourly wages and everyone has a professional and teamwork mentality to all of their shifts.All shifts are solo counter service shifts with support from ownership. Our outgoing manager is leaving on great terms with a decade of time with us. We are hoping to find the next core member to take on the Mammoth torch and join our drama-free crew.
