Oversee daily housekeeping operations, public areas, and guest rooms. Ensure all spaces meet health, hygiene and safety requirements. Manage stock levels, ordering and cost control for linens and cleaning supplies. Collaborate with other departments to support guest experience and smooth operations. Conduct regular quality checks and implement continuous improvement. Support recruitment, onboarding and ongoing training of team members.Person Specification Previous experience in a housekeeping leadership role. Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to high standards. Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills. Ability to work in a fastpaced environment with a positive attitude.
