Assistant Food & Beverage Manager
Job Description
The Assistant Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for assisting with the daily operation of Shoal Creek Golf Club's dining outlets, including the main dining room, bar, lounge, and turn operations. This position focuses heavily on member experience, staff leadership, service execution, scheduling, and operational consistency. The role provides hands-on management experience within a high-end private club environment and offers the opportunity to be part of the Club's ongoing clubhouse and golf course restoration project.
Candidate Qualifications
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the private club industry
Ability to lead staff in a fast-paced hospitality environment
Strong organizational and time management skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business levels require
Previous restaurant, club, hotel, or hospitality leadership experience preferred, but not required
Interest in pursuing a long-term career in club management strongly preferred
Educational Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
Recent graduates and graduating seniors encouraged to apply
CMAA involvement or interest in club management is a plus

Salary Range
$50,000.00 to $54,999.00
