Requirements & Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in upscale concept
• Proficiency with Windows operating systems, spreadsheets, and word processing
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly
• Ability to work well under pressure and maintain composure in stressful situations
• Experience handling complex information and making sound decisions
• Capable of working with financial information and basic math functions
• Ability to motivate, coach, counsel, and discipline staff as needed

Preferred Background & Skills

• Familiarity with POS systems
• Experience with inventory management and cost control
• Understanding of TABC and health/safety regulations

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple F&B outlets ensuring attentive and friendly service
• Oversee scheduling, training, and performance management for all F&B staff
• Maintain high standards for personal appearance, grooming, and compliance with brand policies
• Drive F&B revenue and control costs by implementing effective strategies and promotions
• Monitor inventory, execute audits, and support purchasing and budgeting processes
• Collaborate with leadership and other departments to maintain operational excellence
• Address guest concerns and requests promptly to ensure satisfaction
• Conduct regular staff meetings and trainings to uphold service excellence standards
