Stay updated on industry trends and implement innovative catering solutions. Requirements Education/Formal Training: Bachelor's degree in hospitality, event management, or a related field preferred. Experience: 3+ years in catering or event management, with leadership experience. Knowledge/Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and client relationship skills. Knowledge of menu planning and food presentation. Proficiency in event management software and tools.
