You will mentor staff, communicate with the Executive Housekeeper, and ensure a clean, safe, and organized environment that delivers an exceptional guest experience. This is a physically demanding role that requires flexibility and leadership. Essential Job Expectations Hire, develop, inspire, and lead your housekeeping team to achieve established cleanliness standards. Exceed every guest's expectations by mentoring your team. Work closely with the Executive Housekeeper to achieve operational goals. Clearly communicate expectations and hold yourself and team members accountable. Operate the hotel as if it were your own.
