Location: Boston, Massachusetts Salary: $90,000 - $105,000 Benefits: PTO, sick leave, relocation assistance An upscale, Mediterranean restaurant-lounge in Boston, MA, seeks a Beverage Manager to lead a high-volume, craft-cocktail program. Qualifications: 3-5+ years of beverage, bar, or restaurant management experience. Upscale, high-volume, cocktail-driven restaurant or lounge background. Knowledge of Middle Eastern, Levantine, and Mediterranean cuisines and ingredients; strongly preferred. Authorized to work in the US, and willing to relocate to Boston, MA, with relocation assistance. Responsibilities: Maintain cocktail quality, presentation, consistency, and beverage standards. Lead, train, and mentor bar and FOH teams with polished, hands-on, service-active leadership. Support dinner, late-night, weekend lunch, private-event, patio, and seasonal bar service. Manage beverage purchasing, inventory, organization, and operational systems.
