Job Description Non Exempt Position Title Housekeeping Inspector Reports To Housekeeping SupervisorGeneral Manager FLSA Status Non Exempt Purpose The Housekeeping Inspector inspects all units to ensure cleanliness for all future guests and Owners Principal Duties and Responsibilities Responsibilities listed may not apply to all locationsThoroughly inspects assigned units to ensure complete cleanliness and set upChecks the assigned units to ensure proper cleaningCalls room attendant to clean any area that was missed or not properly cleanedAids the Housekeeping Supervisors in promoting a cooperative spirit among the housekeepersAlertsSupervisorManager to areas that need further attention and to housekeepers that need further instructions in certain areasPerforms all other duties as assignedGeneral Statement Performs the job assigned complying with Company policies and procedures business code of ethics FLSA regulations and all applicable laws as well as ensuring confidentiality reliability quality and productivity Job Requirements Education Essential Training Certifications and Experience High School DiplomaGEDPrior housekeepingsupervisory experienceSkills Knowledge and Abilities High energy with a passion for housekeeping and cleanlinessAttention to detailAbility to communicate both verbally and writtenAbility to multitaskDriven to improve quality of workAbility to work with no supervisionAbility to maintain professional conduct at all timesFlexible schedule; ability to work weekends and holidays is requiredShift Additional hours may be necessary to accommodate business needs Regular Hours On Call and WeekendTravel None
