The Restaurant General Manager is responsible for running a profitable restaurant and for making sure the restaurant meets McDonald's customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. The Restaurant Manager works with his/her leader to set the restaurant's goals and builds a plan to achieve those goals.

Responsible for providing leadership to crew and other managers to ensure great Quality, Service and Cleanliness to our Customers

Proficiency in store operations, including knowledge of all stations, and the ability to successfully train others
