What will you do? Act as Manager on Duty overnight, addressing guest concerns, employee issues, and operational challenges. Supervise Front Desk Agents and overnight staff to ensure compliance with company policies and service standards. Provide guidance and support to associates handling complex or escalated situations. Communicate shift activity, incidents, and follow-ups to the Front Office Manager. Perform and oversee nightly audit functions, including reconciliation of charges, payments, and system postings. Balance all accounts and investigate discrepancies, reporting concerns as needed. Maintain full knowledge of front office systems, PMS, and standard operating procedures. Coordinate with Housekeeping, Facilities, Security, and other departments to ensure smooth operation. Log maintenance issues, guest incidents, and unusual occurrences; ensure proper follow-up. Ensure adherence to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. More about you At least 2 years' experience in hospitality, with front desk experience is required Prior supervisory experience preferred Previous night audit experience preferred Computer literate in MS Office programs; some experience with property management systems required Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Physical requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Frequent bending, reaching, twisting and mobility throughout shift Shift details Overnight Weekends Holidays Source: Hospitality Online
