Fleet Manager

ColonialWebb is seeking an experienced Fleet Manager to lead the strategic and daytoday operations of our 500+ vehicle fleet. This role ensures our technicians have safe, reliable, and costefficient vehicles to serve our customers.

What you will do:

• Oversee the full lifecycle of 500+ company vehicles, ensuring safety, maintenance, compliance, and cost control.
• Lead the replacement and rollout of our telematics/dashcam solution, including deployment, training, and adoption.
• Develop and enforce fleet policies and procedures to reduce risk and improve operational efficiency.
• Manage vehicle acquisition, replacement planning, upfitting, branding, and endoflife disposition.
• Partner with thirdparty fleet vendors to evaluate and approve repairs; coordinate with internal and external service providers.
• Oversee preventive maintenance schedules and support timely completion.
• Manage incident response, temporary vehicle assignments, and minor thirdparty incident handling.

You should have:

• 3+ years of fleet management experience (200+ vehicles preferred)
• Proven success implementing telematics or GPS/dashcam systems.
• Strong knowledge of fleet operations, budgeting, compliance, and vendor management.
• Experience with enterprise fleet management software.
• Excellent communication, organization, and projectmanagement skills.
• Customerservice mindset with the urgency to support field technicians.
• Familiarity with construction, mechanical, or fieldservice industries is a plus.
