ColonialWebb is seeking an experienced Fleet Manager to lead the strategic and daytoday operations of our 500+ vehicle fleet. This role ensures our technicians have safe, reliable, and costefficient vehicles to serve our customers.

What you will do:
- Oversee the full lifecycle of 500+ company vehicles, ensuring safety, maintenance, compliance, and cost control.
- Lead the replacement and rollout of our telematics/dashcam solution, including deployment, training, and adoption.
- Develop and enforce fleet policies and procedures to reduce risk and improve operational efficiency.
- Manage vehicle acquisition, replacement planning, upfitting, branding, and endoflife disposition.
- Partner with thirdparty fleet vendors to evaluate and approve repairs; coordinate with internal and external service providers.
- Oversee preventive maintenance schedules and support timely completion.
- Manage incident response, temporary vehicle assignments, and minor thirdparty incident handling.
You should have:
- 3+ years of fleet management experience (200+ vehicles preferred)
- Proven success implementing telematics or GPS/dashcam systems.
- Strong knowledge of fleet operations, budgeting, compliance, and vendor management.
- Experience with enterprise fleet management software.
- Excellent communication, organization, and projectmanagement skills.
- Customerservice mindset with the urgency to support field technicians.
- Familiarity with construction, mechanical, or fieldservice industries is a plus.
