The Role The Beverage Director is the curator of the liquid experience. You are responsible for ensuring our beverage programfrom high-end coffee to craft cocktails and winecomplements the soul of our food. You are an educator who inspires the staff to talk about drinks with passion, and a manager who ensures the bar is a profitable, clean, and organized environment. What You'll Own Program Development: Curate and maintain the wine, beer, coffee, and cocktail lists, ensuring they reflect the season and the brand's identity. Staff Education: Lead regular tastings and training sessions to ensure every team member can speak confidently about our pairings and producers. Inventory & Quality: Manage ordering, vendor relationships, and weekly inventory to hit cost targets while maintaining the highest quality standards. Bar Operations: Oversee the organization and cleanliness of the bar and coffee stations; ensuring all equipment is maintained and SOPs are followed. Guest Connection: Work the floor during peak beverage service to assist guests with selections and support the bartending team in high-volume moments. Who You Are 3+ years of experience in a lead bar or beverage role. Deep knowledge of spirits, wine regions, and/or specialty coffee. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage a budget without losing the creative spark. A storyteller who loves sharing the 'why' behind a producer or a vintage.
