If you've run a high-volume quick-service restaurant and take pride in building strong teams and consistent operations, we want to talk to you. What You'll Do Run the day-to-day operations of your restaurant to franchise and Franchisee standards Build and post weekly schedules that match labor to sales while taking care of your team Hire, train, and develop crew and shift leaders set them up to succeed Drive a culture of teamwork, accountability, and great guest service Hit targets for food cost, labor, speed of service, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction Communicate clearly with your team, your above-store leaders, and your guests What We're Looking For Prior experience as an RGM (or equivalent) in a quick-service or fast-casual restaurant QSR experience strongly preferred Proven ability to train and develop a team Strong scheduling, labor management, and cost-control skills Excellent communication and team-building skills Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and brand standards Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays Reliable transportation and the ability to be on-site at your assigned location What We Offer Competitive salary up to $50,000/year, based on experience Real opportunity to grow Ready to lead?
