Dining Services Supervisor

Our Dining Room SupervisorPlan, staff, organize and coordinate all activities in dining areas of all care levels.Responsible for continuous evaluation and Quality Assurance audits of Dining Services.Perform advanced entries for Point of Sale system, including Resident history, point transfers, refunds, etc.Be available to provide timely service support to Dining Room personnel as needed.Maintain or exceed standards of appearance, cleanliness, hygiene, and health standards.Responsible for the accuracy of meal count reports.Create banquet event orders and distribute accordingly.Hold regular in-services and training sessions with staff.Promote the Vision, Values, and Mission of Skyline in all areas of responsibility.Perform other duties as assigned or may be necessary.What you need to succeed: High School Diploma or GED, or the equivalent combination of education and experienceTwo (1) or more years in restaurant supervisory experience preferred.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Experience in senior living preferred but not required.
