Play a crucial role in establishing La Estancia as a premier luxury destination in West Texas. Act as leader of the property in the absence of the General Manager; Lead the entire Front Of House team, to include positions such as Beverage Assistant Manager, Front of House Supervisors, and Events Manager. Collaborate closely with Executive Chef on menu design, vendor relationships, and program development. Lead the conceptualization and design of the F&B venues; Conceptualize campaigns and pop-ups; Oversee a $100,000. Budget.

Bachelor's Degree or foreign equivalent in Hospitality Management or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in job or in senior level hotel or F&B management position. Experience with F& B operations and budget management required.
