Job Description

Leads infrastructure planning to align with rack demand, optimize Data Center utilization , and support long-term business objectives. Drives readiness for infrastructure challenges, manages cross-functional assessments, and supports investment planning for scalable outcomes. Coordinates and aligns planning functions to support strategic initiatives and business objectives, implementing governance practices, mitigating risks, and keeping leadership informed of milestones and dependencies. Leads Data Center scalability and efficiency initiatives by driving adoption of site design standards, integrating input from operations and forecasting to identify challenges, resolve deployment issues and supporting efforts to gain leadership alignment on investments.

Data Center Capacity and Infrastructure Planning:

-Leads infrastructure planning across programs or functions to ensure alignment with forecasted demand, support for capacity optimization, and contribution to long-term business objectives.

-Drives readiness for infrastructure challenges within their area, manages cross-functional assessments of technical impact, and supports investment planning to enable scalable, resilient, and efficient infrastructure outcomes.

-Create and implements governance practices for managing risks and dependencies, ensuring resolution of critical deployment issues.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

-Leads coordination and alignment across planning functions within a business group or set of programs to support strategic initiatives and business objectives.

-Implements governance practices and communication workflows across teams, mitigates planning risks, and keeps leadership informed of key milestones, dependencies, and potential escalations.

Scalability and Efficiency Optimization:

-Leads Data Center scalability and capacity efficiency initiatives across programs or functions by driving the adoption of site design, tooling development and capacity modeling standards.

-Integrates input from operations teams, forecasting efforts, and partner functions to identify planning challenges.

-Supports leadership alignment on infrastructure investments that improve performance, resilience, and scalability.

-Leads integration of technical solutions across programs or business groups to support the execution of large-scale site plans.
