Key Responsibilities

Welcome to the core of what being a Banquet Captain is all about!

Here's the quick lowdown on what you'll do day-to-day:

Responsible for controlling all aspects in the execution of banquet function

Assist and conduct all designated team members and pre-function meetings

Coordinating every aspect of the Banquet team members during all food and beverage service

Ensure work area is clean and clear of standing water, debris or any objects that can obstruct the job duties from being performed safely, efficiently and effectively

Assist the Banquet Manager in the complete operation of the Banquet Department

Requirements

Here's exactly what you need to excel in this role:

The Cherries on Top (Must-Haves):

Good food and service knowledge

Excellent communication skills

Have 2-3 years of banquets experience

The Cherries on Top (Nice-to-Haves):

Has taken a Food/Alcohol Handler s course
