To Apply for this Job Click Here Director of Operations - Multi-Concept Hospitality Group Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly hands-on Director of Operations to oversee and drive performance across multiple high-volume restaurant concepts within a growing hospitality group. This role is ideal for a passionate hospitality leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, leads from the floor, and understands how to balance exceptional guest experience with strong financial performance. The Director of Operations will provide strategic leadership, operational oversight, coaching, and accountability across all concepts while helping build the infrastructure, systems, and culture necessary for continued growth. This individual must possess an entrepreneurial mindset, a strong presence in the restaurants, and a genuine passion for hospitality, food, beverage, and team development. Key Responsibilities Lead daily operations across all restaurant concepts while maintaining consistent execution, culture, and guest experience standards Drive sales growth, profitability, labor management, and operational efficiency across all locations Develop and mentor General Managers and leadership teams through hands-on coaching and accountability Build a culture centered around hospitality, guest connection, teamwork, and operational excellence Maintain strong visibility in restaurants and lead from the floor during peak service periods Analyze financial performance including P&L management, labor controls, food and beverage costs, and operational KPIs Partner with ownership to create systems, structure, processes, and tools that support scalable growth Oversee staffing strategies, recruiting, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives Ensure all concepts maintain exceptional cleanliness, organization, safety, and brand standards Collaborate with culinary and beverage leadership to ensure consistency and execution across concepts Handle escalated guest concerns professionally while turning service recovery into long-term guest loyalty Identify operational opportunities and bring proactive solutions and ideas to leadership Support new openings, growth initiatives, training programs, and operational rollouts What We're Looking For Proven multi-unit restaurant leadership experience in high-volume full-service concepts Strong operational and financial acumen with deep understanding of P&L ownership Passion for guest experience and building hospitality-driven cultures Hands-on leadership style with strong floor presence and team engagement Experience developing high-performing management teams and future leaders Ability to thrive in entrepreneurial, fast-growing environments Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to balance strategic thinking with day-to-day operational execution Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and in restaurants as needed Strong understanding of labor management, inventory systems, scheduling, and cost controls Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, and restaurant operating systems Ideal Leadership Traits Humble, energetic, and hospitality-driven High sense of urgency and accountability Strong emotional intelligence and people development skills Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to influence growth Leads with positivity, intensity, and professionalism Passionate about food, beverage, culture, and guest connection JOB ID : 175564 #post Rob Atkinson To Apply for this Job Click Here Apply Now Share This Job Share on Email Share on Linkedin Share on Facebook Share on X Share on Email
