We are seeking someone with experience in bar, restaurant, club, or hospitality management who can take ownership of daily operations and lead from the front. What You'll Do Manage bartenders and schedules Oversee bar operations and customer service Order inventory and control costs Handle cash accountability and reporting Support events, raffles, and member functions Oversee Ohio eBingo / paper gaming operations Help improve revenue, atmosphere, and member satisfaction What We're Looking For Reliable and professional Strong people and leadership skills Organized and accountable Experience managing staff and operations Nights/weekends availability as needed Veterans / Legion knowledge appreciated but not required Compensation Competitive pay based on experience.
