FOH Manager

Sasquatch is a family-friendly restaurant located in SW PDX. We are in need of a full-time FOH Manager to join our crew.$22/hour + tipsShift meals and drinks50% off food and drinks for you and a plus one all the timeJob duties include but are not limited to:Scheduling FOH employees and navigating around time-off requestsManaging FOH crewKeeping positive guest relationsCommunicating with owner and other managers to ensure we are meeting all goalsCommunicating with the Chef to ensure BOH and FOH are in sync on all levelsMaintaining accurate food and drink menusOrdering of all FOH supplies neededMonitoring cleanliness of restaurant and storage areasOrdering what beer, wine and liquor are needed, and keeping friendly relations with vendorsOrdering all N/A beverage products, maintaining pars/inventory on handTracking and managing costs (both labor and beverage)Balancing daily cash log and distributing cash tipsAssuring strict compliance with all OLCC and Health Code rulesStrong knowledge of Toast POS is a huge plus!If this sounds like something you're interested in, please submit an application via Poached and include a cover letter.
