Events Coordinator Location: Buford, GA Compensation: $65K-$85K + Benefits We're hiring an Events Coordinator to execute high-end brand experiences across trade shows, activations, and private events. What You'll Do: Plan & execute trade shows, activations, and client events Manage timelines, run-of-show, and on-site execution Oversee budgets, expenses, and vendor negotiations Coordinate logistics: venues, catering, transportation, staffing Ensure premium, high-end guest experience What You Need: 3-5 years of event coordination/management experience Experience with trade shows or experiential events Strong organization + multitasking skills Budget + vendor management experience Willingness to travel up to 50%**
