Restaurant General Manager - New Restaurant Opening

Location: Westerly, RI

Salary: $60,000 - $66,000 annually, plus bonus

Job Type: Full-Time (Open Availability: Days, Nights, Weekends)

Key Responsibilities

* Recruit, train, and develop a management team (3-5 leaders) and a staff of 25-30 team members

* Drive financial performance through cost control, budgeting, and inventory management
