Stock & Housekeeping Department Manager

As a Stock & Housekeeping Department Manager, you lead a team to ensure the support needs of the store are met throughout the day and new stock is distributed efficiently. You'll have the opportunity to create a welcoming, clean environment and achieve the operational goals for the store.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Motivate associates to perform duties efficiently - train, coach and lead by exampleExecute all duties of a stock & housekeeping associate and ensure department duties are completed accurately and timelyAssess associate performance and provide feedback to improve the quality of service and store appearanceEnsure all equipment works properly and supplies are available to complete daily tasksManage task lists and prioritize requestsBe available to work day, evening, and weekend shifts
