Our employees are supported with a comprehensive benefits program that include the following: $200 Referral BonusTuition ReimbursementOngoing learning and development programsWork towards your future advancement within the companymost of our supervisors and managers are promoted from within7 paid Holidays80 hours of Vacation after 1 year of employment48 Hours of Paid Sick Leave available immediately and renews annuallyWe offer a variety of affordable medical, dental, vision and flexible spending account plans after 60 daysEmployee Assistance Program FREE of chargeCompany paid Life Insurance and AD&DMatching 401K program after 90 days Essential Job Responsibilities and Duties: Plan, implement and continually refine comprehensive marketing strategies, earned, owned and paid, to support revenue growth, brand awareness and engagement goalsDevelop, manage and monitor marketing budgets, ensuring fiscal responsibility and ROIIdentify and execute cross-property synergies and cost-saving opportunities whenever possibleCollaborate with leadership and directors for program development and organizational messagingServe as the organization's in-house media-buying resource, including negotiating placements, designing and trafficking ads and tracking campaign performanceDevelop key talking points and provide media training for leadership and staffStrategize, produce and distribute digital and printed marketing and communications including press releases, advertising copy, email campaigns, brochures, signage, menus, videos and digital assetsSupport and assist with signage and internal communications initiatives to ensure clarity, consistency and alignment with brand standardsCreate and analyze customer surveys and reviews, translating insights into actionable improvementsAct as a brand ambassador for Nautica Waterfront District with tourism, media and community partnersServe as a primary steward of organizational voice, tone and messaging during both routine operations and high-visibility or high-sensitivity situationsSupervise and collaborate closely with marketing staff, providing hands-on leadership and directionDevelop and implement social media strategies in collaboration with the Digital Marketing CoordinatorMonitor, respond to and manage online customer reviews and reputation platformsIdentify, develop and implement value-add events and promotional initiativesAssist with reporting, presentations, sponsorship fulfillment and partnership opportunitiesBuild and maintain relationships with local and regional mediaEnsure consistent adherence to brand standards and visual identity guidelines across all platformsOversee, direct and evaluate external vendors including designers, printers, photographers, videographers, web hosts and agencies to ensure quality, brand alignment and cost efficiencyManage website content and design, ensuring accuracy, relevance and timely updates Skills, Education and Other Requirements: Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in destination marketing or a closely related fieldBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or comparable disciplineDemonstrated leadership managing teams and overseeing external vendors and agenciesExceptional written, verbal and interpersonal communication skillsProven proficiency in media buying, website management, database management, photo and video editing, email marketing platforms and ticketing systemsIdentification that establishes identityIdentification that establishes the right to work in the United States
