Job Description / Duties: Duties include but are not limited to the following:

Working with the management team:

· Train and Develop Support Staff (SA, FR and Expo)

· Manage support staff during service hours.

o Tasks

o Sections

o Process

o Assignments

· Guest feedback/interaction

· Help as needed with party sheets

· Develop staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity.

· Implement protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations.

· Oversees opening and closing tasks and balances daily and nightly cash drawers.

· Weekly competition ideas

· Onboard/hire new staff members.

· Oversee trainer program.

· Communication board updates

· Scheduling
