We're growing our business! Sodexo is seeking an Environmental Services Manager loced in the Baltimore, MD area. This position will oversee a team of 40 custodial employees this healthcare account. The successful candide will need to be flexible to work Second Shift (2:00pm start time) th also includes some roting weekends and holidays where support is required. Team work is key here between the food and EVS teams, working seamlessly to support each other.

As part of the assessment process, the client will conduct the following verficiions during onboarding:

-Vaccines for Flu, TB, and Covid

-drug testing

-FBI check

Our Sodexo Health Care Environmental Services/Housekeeping teams work to direct housekeeping operions health care client locions, partnering with them to deliver innovive solutions. These teams also have responsibility for driving client sisfaction by providing stellar customer service via effective communicion with all levels of staff.

• be responsible for driving client and pient sisfaction scores;
• provide a clean and safe environment for pients, visitors and staff;
• effectively manages the Unit Opering System; and/or
• support an inclusive workforce and provide strong leadership.

• have experience leading and managing a team and is a leader who develops and motives a team to exceed the expections of clients and customers of a housekeeping system;
• have experience effectively managing projects within agreed upon timelines;
• are results and safety driven;
• have knowledge of housekeeping systems and procedures;
• have experience improving pient sisfaction, and driving full compliance;
• have 3-5 years previous custodial / housekeeping or similar management experience;
• are proficient with computers and other technology.
