As a Food & Beverage Supervisor , you’ll help shape the entire guest experience—from morning coffee to evening cocktails. This is your chance to lead a team, build the culture, and set the standard for how things run from day one.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Running the day-to-day food & beverage operations like a pro
- Leading, coaching, and motivating a team that brings energy to every shift
- Hiring, training, and developing staff to deliver standout service
- Keeping operations smooth, efficient, and on brand
- Managing costs while still delivering an awesome guest experience
- Partnering with hotel leadership and sales to drive business and create buzz
- Overseeing bar operations, inventory, and product quality
- Keeping the team in the loop with pre-shifts, updates, and ongoing training
- Making sure all food safety, liquor laws, and brand standards are followed
- Bringing fresh ideas to menus, specials, and overall presentation
- Monitoring trends and finding ways to keep things exciting and relevant
