Catering Coordinator, Veranda, Full Time, Shifts Vary

Must be flexible and available to work any shift hours. Upholds all SC DPH & DNV regulation in regard to food safety, facility upkeep, cleaning and sanitation. Must have thorough knowledge and understanding of Catering processes (food preparation, delivery, logistics and clean up) used to achieve courteous and efficient service to customers. Has a valid driver's license and can operate the department truck and van.

High School Diploma/ GED or two year of applicable food service experience. Basic computer experience. Pushing weights up to 00#. Constant standing and walking. Must exemplify good personal hygiene and strong customer service skills. Must have a valid driver's license.
