Pay Minimum - Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $62,354 - $62,354 / year In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Hire and train food and beverage team members for the catering and clubs department Schedule, coordinate, and supervise the clubs and catering team members and operation on event days. Provide ongoing job performance feedback to team members. Partner with front and back-of-house management to ensure event day operations are effective and successful for guests and team members Handle guest relations and ensure quality assurance standards are maintained Follow and maintain safety and sanitation procedures; ensure proper repair and maintenance of food service equipment Prepare monthly projection reports; ensure effective systems for cash, inventory, and payroll are in place More about you Minimum of two years' hospitality management experience required, preferably in a high-volume setting Strong managerial and team-building skills are essential Experience with inventory, cost control, and purchasing required Financial management accountability and budgeting experience required Ability to analyze data and make decisions independently Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays No degree required Shift details Days Evenings Holidays Weekends Events Source: Casino Careers
